Develop a consistent Organizational Regulation

Many companies struggle with the problem of ordering the range of competences and responsibilities within their organization. Decisions on changes in organizational schemes are taken on the basis of internal demands, which are not fully consistent with the art of building a unified structure.

Our actions support organizations in the evaluation of the fields of competences and responsibilities based on the analysis of processes, course of information and data, as well as business objectives. We build a hierarchical model influencing the improvement of work ergonomics, canceling the blockade in competences, inter-territorial blockade and blockade between tasks.
