Recruitment process

In InfoConsulting we pay a lot of attention to recruitment processes that we run. We care about uniform recruitment standards defining stages, methods and selection of dedicated tools. We think that the process should take place in a professional atmosphere based on partnership.

How to take part in recruitment?

If you are interested in a job offer published on our website and you want to take part in the recruitment process, use an online form to which you are redirected to by the “Apply” button available in the advertisement. Completing the form takes up to 5 minutes. While completing it you will be asked to enclose your up-to-date CV and optionally a cover letter.

Recruitment stages

Telephone interview

Applicants who meet criteria defined by us are invited to take part in the initial interview – a telephone interview. We ask you to devote approximately 30 minutes to talk.

Job interview

The best applicants are invited to the face-to-face meeting run by a supervisor or representative of HR department. On this stage we will talk to you about your qualifications, substantial knowledge, job experience and job motivation. We will also check your personality predispositions. During the meeting we will also verify your foreign language skills.

Decision about the employment

After completing the recruitment process and making the decision about choosing an applicant, we inform all of the people taking part in the meetings.

During recruitment process we use various recruitment tools such as tests, case study, presentations for a given subject.
